Legacy Kit sells digital document-preparation services and worksheets. This policy explains refunds for digital/service products.

Digital service products

Because Legacy Kit products are digital document-preparation services, refunds are generally available only before document preparation work has started. Once intake has been reviewed or preparation has begun, the order may be non-refundable.

Duplicate or mistaken orders

If a customer purchases the wrong package or places a duplicate order, contact Legacy Kit as soon as possible. We can move the order to the correct package or issue a refund before work begins.

Legacy Kit provides document preparation, not legal advice. Fees paid for Legacy Kit preparation do not guarantee a legal outcome, court acceptance, government approval, or professional legal opinion.
