You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. Documents are generated based on your inputs. Legacy Kit is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

5. Payment and Refunds

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or United States Dollars (USD) as indicated. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your documents. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

The documents you receive are yours to use. The Legacy Kit platform, AI technology, and document templates remain our intellectual property. You may not resell or redistribute our templates.

7. Limitation of Liability

Legacy Kit’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our documents or reliance on them without proper legal review.
